Desiree Gardens offers a limited plant warranty for customers on our biweekly or weekly maintenance plans for most plants sold and installed by us.
All of our irrigation installations are covered by a minimum 12-month material and labor warranty. Customers with a monthly, biweekly, or weekly plan are eligible for extended irrigation warranty coverage, as well as quarterly seasonal adjustments to watering amounts.
Water features, hardscapes, and outdoor accessory structures are also covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Maintenance plans for water features are sold separately and entitle customers to extended water feature warranty coverage.
Exceptions: Extreme weather (e.g. flooding, hail, high winds), war, terrorism, civil conflict, criminal or other intentional damage, and other acts of god are not covered under any of our warranties and are considered Force majeure. If a plant, water feature, hardscape, outdoor structure, or irrigation system is installed contrary to best practices at the insistence of a customer it will not be covered by our warranty.
